A series of 45 symbols were created to represent the associations with 150 high-intensity floodlights installed in 15 public housing developments in the Bronx. This installation was part of a new N.Y.P.D. strategy called ‘Omnipresence.’ The icons follow a narrative-style approach, inspired by the perspective of a resident interviewed in Nadia Hallgren’s short film titled ‘Omnipresence.’
